We love welcoming groups to our events and want to make booking as easy and flexible as possible. To help us manage seating and avoid last-minute empty seats, the following policy applies to all group bookings of 10 or more tickets.

Making a Group Booking

​

Groups of 10 or more can reserve tickets without paying straight away, giving you time to confirm numbers with your group.

Your booking will be held as a provisional reservation until it is confirmed.

Final Confirmation & Payment

​

Final ticket numbers and full payment must be received no later than two months before the event date.

By this deadline:

• You must confirm your final number of tickets.

• Full payment must be made.

• Numbers cannot be reduced after this date.

 

If we do not receive confirmation by the two-month deadline, your group will automatically become liable for the full number of tickets originally reserved.

This means:

• You will be required to pay for all tickets booked.

• Tickets cannot be cancelled or reduced.

• Payment will still be due even if your group no longer needs some of the tickets.

This policy is in place to prevent late cancellations that leave seats empty and unable to be resold.

Before the Two-Month Deadline

​

Up until the confirmation deadline, you’re welcome to:

• Increase your numbers (subject to availability).

• Reduce your numbers.

• Cancel your booking.

We simply ask that any changes are confirmed in writing.

After Confirmation

​

Once confirmed and paid:

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• Numbers cannot be reduced.

• Additional tickets may be added (subject to availability).
